How to Sleep Train Your Baby or Toddler - my experience

This video is meant to be an encouragement for moms. I'm not a professional mama by any means but we sleep trained our baby and then sleep trained her again (a few times) when she was a toddler after long trips so we have lots of experience helping our daughter develop good sleep habits. I hope it helps you! I've spent A LOT of time online trying to find easy ways to get babies to sleep through the night and I haven't found anything super awesome.
