Tips for Toddler Jetlag

I have been flying with our 2 year old daughter since she was 6 weeks old. She has been on nearly 150 flights already and many of them were international. Here are some of our best tips for overcoming toddler jetlag. These tips are also helpful with a baby though young babies tend to have an easier time adjusting to jetlag, while toddlers and young children need some extra help with the process.
