Cat adopts dog, gives it a bath

Cross-species friendships are not uncommon, and so are cross-species adoptions! If we as humans can adopt all sorts of animals and call them our babies, then why can’t a cat adopt a dog and love it as if it were a kitten! :)

It seems that this Russian Blue cat has adopted a dog! The doting adoptive parent is showering it’s protege with all the love and affection it has and it looks like that’s a lot! Such a heartwarming clip.

The tendency of adult animals to be nurturant toward babyish-looking animals is the main reason behind the "adoption" of young of different species. This dog might not be young, but sure looks tiny enough.
