133 Days on the Sun (NASA's Video)

From Aug. 12 to Dec. 22, 2022, NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) captured solar activity. SDO has continuously imaged the Sun from its orbit around Earth for nearly 13 years in 4Kx4K resolution. This information has enabled countless new discoveries about the workings of our closest star and its influence on the solar system. SDO captures images of the Sun every 0.75 seconds with a triad of instruments.
