County health officials doing their best to get food trucks back to work

Donna Fenton, the director of Kern County Environmental Health says they have had a good amount of commissary approval applications submitted. She says closing down The Catering Stop was a hard decision because of the impact they knew it would have but it was a decision that had to be made.
