Have you been doing the pelvic tuck exercise to help with your back pain?
While this move is commonly recommended in yoga and pilates for core engagement, it may not be as beneficial as you think. It can can lead to a pattern of movement that's problematic when standing up or bearing weight, especially as it encourages the flattening of the lumbar curve.
