After successful landing of India’s Chandrayaan-3 lander rover Vikram on the Moon South Pole, Indian PM Narendra Modi made phone call to ISRO’s chief Somnath to congratulate him and other scientist personally. PM Modi is in South Africa to attend 15th BRICS Summit, though he spare time to be live during ISRO historic mission.
