Easy Roasted Peppers

Roasting peppers is so easy to do! They will add a delicious flavor to any dish that you make.

Directions:
Preheat oven broiler. Wash/dry peppers. Set on parchment lined tray with sides.

Broil for 10 minutes, if skin is charred then turn peppers, keep checking peppers every 7-10 minutes, turning peppers or pan as necessary to make sure that all sides are charred. Make sure that all sides are charred, this will make removing the skins easy.

Remove from oven and put peppers in a bowl, cover. Let peppers steam. Once the peppers are cooled down enough to touch then remove the seeds and stem.

Enjoy these peppers in pasta sauce, salads, or sandwiches.
