Is the Sig Sauer P320 unsafe? What's causing these issues? A look at the safeties and mechanics

In this video I try and explore possible solutions to why we have heard about unintentional and negligent discharges with the Sig Sauer P320. I approach this from a neutral standpoint and try to figure it out based on the designs and mechanics of certain pistols. I try to only look at this and deduce the possibilities without making any conclusions. What do you think is wrong, if you think the P320 has a design flaw?
