Pregnancy and the postpartum months which follow can be a very vulnerable time in the life of a mother. Our bodies are changing, our hormones are wild, our emotions feel loud, our hearts are swirling with love for our babies while our insecurities seem to be swirling just as intensely. How we manage our body image is vital to staying healthy. The way we see ourselves shapes the way we do everything. In this video I openly talk about my own insecurities during this pregnancy and things I am doing to be healthy in my mind and body. I hope this is encouraging to you moms and moms-to-be.
