Dems DICTATE the Kind of Energy Home Builders Use | The Chad Prather Show

In the great state of New Mexico, the Democrats are proposing legislation that would force home builders going forward to equip every home with solar panels and charging stations for electric vehicles. The immediate backlash is going to be about the increased cost to install expensive equipment in an already fraught housing market. The bigger problem is that we currently do not have the infrastructure to handle everyone, and the cost of that infrastructure is going to get passed on to the customer.
