Hebrews 4:14-16 New King James Version
14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA DEAR FRIENDS!!!
I was incredibly moved as well as encouraged by this morning's verses of scripture, especially after last night, because I needed the reminder that Jesus is a true friend I can count on in anything I go through, and that He truly loves and understands. I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotional really got me to thinking about this issue, and I wanted to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully and I pray that God will speak to you through them too.

When did you last consider the humanity of Jesus?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me not just through this passage of scripture, but through many other precious verses that truly state that Jesus is the savior who loves and understands. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and learn more about the true friend that you have in Jesus!

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this last question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will encourage you to know the true friend that you do have in Christ, and how He truly shares your tears.

How does knowing that Jesus understands and shares your tears encourage you today?

I pray that you will see just how much God cares about your physical and emotional needs, and that He truly understands you, even when it seems otherwise. That God understands the emotions you feel, because as I said before, He's been there too. That it's OK to feel the emotions you feel, to not beat yourself up over them, but that you can give them to the Lord, and allow Him to help you process them in a way that honors Him. To know that Jesus is the friend who knows our every weakness, but he'll never use that against us. It’s like this morning’s devotional writer, John Blasé, said so very well, “Jesus was flesh and blood and tears. Jesus is the savior who loves and understands.

UNTIL SATURDAY:

HAVE A BLESSED AND SWEET EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
