She was nervous to go from long to short and I was aware of that. Still as we tried medium it didn't look right until we got it to a shorter inverted bob. Going darker with the hair color Margaret Bodensteiner helped make her eyes pop. I touched up her eye make up to help deepend hooded lids. I think she's fabulous!
