Trump booked in expedited process at Georgia jail

It could take upwards of 12 hours for someone to be processed and booked at the Fulton County Jail in Georgia. President Trump surrendered, got his mugshot taken and left the jail in under 25 minutes. NBC News’ Blayne Alexander explains why the booking process was so fast.
