This is part 1 of 2 in regards to the truth about it is that makes us ill and diseased.

Early in 2023, Alec Zeck, who like myself believes that terrain theory is accurate (the notion which claims that no contagious viruses exist) made a short video rattling off some of the actual causes of illness.

I thought that it was a good list, however, he said it all so quickly that I thought it would be worthwhile to read the list more slowly, to add some of my own ideas to the list and to expand upon what was meant by some of the things mentioned on the list.
