Visual Positioning System, or VPS, has been the buzz of the town for the past few months. VPS is a feature in Google Maps that helps to overcome the challenges of the Global Positioning System (GPS) and gives more precise locations. VPS enables a device, such as a smartphone or a drone, to determine its location and orientation in the physical world using visual cues.
