I Tried Dopamine Detox For 24 Hours: Does It Really Work?

Dopamine detox does not work (at least that's what I thought). That's why I decided to try it for 24 hours to see if it's just another scam created by YouTubers to get more views. As a guy who knows more about dopamine than 99% of people, I was surprised to see the results.
Call it whatever you want - dopamine detoxing, dopamine fasting, monk mode or anything else. It has become a really popular trend in the self-improvement space because of people like Niklas Christl, Hamza Ahmed, Iman Gadzhi, Leon Hendrix, Andrew Kirby and Andrew Huberman.
It is supposed to reset your brain, make you more productive, more focused and happier.
But does it really work?
In my opinion there are much better ways to go about dopamine, watch the whole video to learn what I mean.
