Frederick City Police say the drug spice is causing just as many overdoses as opioids

It's known as synthetic marijuana, spice and K-2. The nasty drug took a toll on the area a few years ago. Addicts are still getting their hands on the man-made drug, and now, spice overdoses are skyrocketing in Frederick City.
