🇷🇺🇱🇾A delegation from the Russian Ministry of Defence has arrived in Libya at the invitation of the commander of the Libyan National Army, Marshal Khalifa Haftar.

The delegation is headed by Colonel General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation. This is the first official visit of the Russian military delegation to Libya, prepared as a result of negotiations on the sidelines of the 11th Moscow International Security Conference and the military-technical forum "Army-2023".

It is planned to discuss cooperation in the fight against international terrorism and other issues of joint action.
