Legislation introduced to make it easier for women to get abortions

A new piece of legislation would make it easier for women to get abortions in Michigan. The bills would remove unnecessary waiting periods, ban facilities from refusing to provide reproductive health services if refusal would put the patient's life at risk, and ban healthcare professionals from providing inaccurate advice and non-scientific medical services.
