I liked the addition of a sandstorm to the scene, it's only a pity extreme weather effects dont show up more often. Not just the visual appearance of the weather but peoples reaction to it needed to be more noticeable. If a storm starts blowing through one of the city districts, like when I collected the Netrunner clothing set pieces, NPCs need to display a change in behaviour.

Have them running in from the street into stores, or down into a metro station. And the constant city announcement speakers across town should also respond with calls for citizens to seek shelter.
