►HOW TO MAKE A SOURDOUGH STARTER

Why isn't my sourdough starter growing?

Make sure to feed the sourdough starter at room temperature twice a day, 12 hours apart, until it becomes active (approx. 3-4 days for a starter from scratch, or 1-2 feedings for a starter that has previously been active)

What is room temperature?

Room temperature is around 20-22 degrees C (or 68-72 degrees F)
