Commentated, my personal build for Maegu, for one I use this build on all my characters I tag to as this build was built for my Mystic. Luckily Maegu happens to scale off of evasion. So it works out and reason behind my build? Why is it not leaning all the way in one way? Well I prefer a somewhat balanced playstyle. I'm like that in damn near every game
