The internet is overflowing with videos of owners dressing their dogs in human clothes, while using their hands to have them look like hybrids. It all started back in 2010, when a Youtube user posted a video of their Labrador, dressed as human, grubbing down some snack at the dinner table.

But this is not an Internet phenomenon. Back in the late 1980s, a photographer named William Wegman made videos of dogs in unconventional settings, which then appeared in shows like Saturday Night Live.
