While testing out a couple of the current crop of 1000cc naked motorbikes, I couldn't leave out the very beefy looking Suzuki GSX-S1000. With 150bhp and 108Nm of torque coming from the same engine as the K5 GSX-R1000, on paper, this bike has a lot to offer.

Sadly a very quick test ride as I once again got to experience the full force of German sales techniques. "You can have a 20 minute ride, the tyres are brand new and you have to fuel up before you return it!". No idea HOW they convince people to buy with that attitude!!

But far more importantly, how was the bike to ride?...
