Put a small amount of shaving cream on your mirror and rub it on. Then wipe off the shaving foam with a microfiber cloth. At the end it should be completely gone, this even works streak-free.

But you have now rubbed a thin layer of shaving cream on the mirror. This seals it. The next time you shower, your mirror should no longer fog up.
