Just take a cable tie and wrap it around your soap dispenser. And do it at the top handle, where you have to push down to get some soap out of the dispenser.

Because by doing this, you're blocking the path of the soap dispenser and so much less soap comes out. Since you get more soap than you need when you push down on the dispenser, you can save some money this way.
