Surely you've never thought of rubbing a knife over some eggs. However, this is an ingenious household trick, which I would like to present to you here in a little more detail.

However, you don't have to sacrifice eggs for this, but you can eat them normally beforehand. Because all we need for this trick is the eggshell. Save some of them. Then grab a silicone mold, press the eggshell a little smaller and then put them in there.

Then add enough water so that all the shells disappear under the water. And now off into the freezer with it. Once the block is frozen, you can take it out and rub it with the knife at a 20 degree angle.

Because you can actually sharpen knives that way. If you have dull knives at home, but no knife sharpener, try this ingenious method!
