Before 2018, We couldn’t have told you what a Narcissist was… (Daamn, We still couldn’t tell you, until about August of 2021 that is, when the woman who mothered Our firstborn son (finally) showed her true colors; Accusing Us of abuse, filing with the state & taking away a 7 month old from the only dad he’d ever known. (Betrayal weighs in on the grandest of scales.)
Shattering Our entire world view, penetrating Our philosophy to a point well-past any possibility of presentable pressure… We & Our psyche were utterly shattered; With nearly 1 year in Recovery (sobriety) at the time, We were diagnosed with a ‘Stress-induced-psychotic-lapse’ (from reality). Yeah… a ‘layman’s term’ *mental-breakdown.
Crazy people don’t know their crazy -
- (We didn’t even know We were sick!)
Fortunately, in a 3rd jail for petty offenses within the 4 month alternate-reality, Someone noticed We might not be crazy… We might be sick! After about 7-12 days on the anti-psychotics prescribed - We began to come out of the Hitchcockian Nightmare… (a tale best discussed strictly within the locals.com ‘ thatDaamntalkspot ‘ community)!
