Genshin Impact Censorship Again with 4.0 Update, Remember Rosaria Nerf?

On a side note Genshin Impact 4.0 has been released, so a new big environment has been added basically players can now swim underwater. This is good because I kinda hate the swimming levels on video games, does it remind you of any? There is a problem though, especially in the assets department. Because apparently in the underwater gameplay of the game some assets are being censored. To be fair they did if in a none mosaic JAV way. They used water effects to kinda hinder you from prying any further. Not sure if this only applies to the english version but I would suspect it is. Additionally, Genshin Impact is no stranger to censorship girl characters have been censored multiple times, from making them darker and less skimpy, and even reducing the girls’ bust sizes. Let me explain if you know Rosaria, so what they did is on patch 1.2 when it was released Rosaria looks great then on patch 1.4 she nerfs the bust size. Don't believe me there is a “mega thread” on the Genshin Impact official forums. Some theorize and suggest that clipping issues due to her large bust, maybe Mihoyo tech can't handle it as for the other updates of Genshin Impact 4.0 I have no idea haven't played the game for a while.
