Fire season off to a busy start in Kern County

Fire crews were busy fighting the fire near the intersection of Calloway Drive and Stockdale Highway. The County and City Fire Departments also battled 2 grass fires in South Bakersfield, 1 near Taft Highway, and 1 windmill fire.
