Storm Shield morning forecast update 6/13/17

The low pressure system responsible for this dramatic cool down is moving east this morning, allowing high pressure in the Pacific to start dominating our weather pattern. As a result today is a transitional day, with afternoon highs climbing to the mid-80s in the South Valley with moderate air quality, upper 70s in the Kern River Valley and low 70s in Tehachapi and Frazier Park.
