Why did Putin Confiscate a Russian Oligarch's Yacht?

Putin's government confiscated Russian Oligarch Andrey Melnichenko's yacht. But why? Did he need the money? Did Melinchenko cross him? There is no good answer but it paints the picture of how the Russian government under Putin is re-Sovietizing.
