-insurance already Being denied
-coast guard blocking locals
-Maui current police chief was the same during Las Vegas shootings in 2017
-police issue "permissions slips" allowing who and who can't come and go.
- fema took 6 days to arrive and is confiscating supplies
-over 1,000 missing, 500 suspected to be children.
