Secret Surfers Episode 27 - Day 2 - Another Horrible Hillary Toxic Runoff Flowing into Cardiff Camp

Day 2 - Drones don't lie! While being interviewed on KUSI the seemingly cleaned up runoff suddenly turned inky black and disgusting! Someone is obviously opening the floodgates between 3:30pm and 5:00 PM and dumping this toxic waste into our beautiful community. More than 40 surfers and hundreds of family members play in the waves and sand nearby with no understanding of the toxic dangers flowing all around them. We will not stop exposing this tragedy until we get answers and action. @surfridersandiego
