Mobile home residents have seen rents and fees skyrocket, nighttime curfews imposed, even their lawns destroyed. Why? Because Wall Street private equity firms are buying mobile home parks and companies, squeezing cash out of low-income homeowners.

We spoke to mobile home owners in San Souci Park in Colorado, who took on predatory firms by banding together to form a resident owned cooperative and buy back their own land.
