Checking Doneness:
To ensure the chicken is cooked thoroughly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The thickest part of the chicken should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
If the chicken is not fully cooked, continue baking and check the temperature again after a few minutes.
Resting:
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This helps the juices redistribute throughout the meat and keeps it tender.
