In most believer's lives there is at least one or more people they are praying for. Some have prayed for months, others for decades without any change. There are many times spiritual weariness and fatigue set in and prayers feel empty. Discouragement settles in. Those that are being prayed for seem to only strengthen in their sin which is the hardest part.

Today the Holy Spirit strongly and clearly impressed it upon me to encourage everyone never to give up praying. "Your work and labor of love will be rewarded." Every single breath of prayer, every inward prayer, every tear and drop of earnest sweat will forever be worth it when you see them in Heaven's glory among all the saints of all time.

It is true this kind of praying is hard, yet we go forward and pray still. We pray on because we know Him to be true. In the flesh it looks impossible that our prayers are making a difference. However, God says "nothing is impossible for Me."

And nothing is impossible for the one who is meant to pray. Not ever. Trust God and let Him work and go on in peace as you lean into the arms of Christ for those you love. If you would live in victory you must not be dominated by the seen and the felt, but by the potent Spirit of love of Jesus Christ our Savior.

"If the spiritual life be healthy, under the full power of the Holy Spirit, praying without ceasing will be natural." ~ Andrew Murray
