Crispy fried potatoes 🍟, but with one tablespoon of starch, a dangerous crunch
Hello dears, today I brought you a way to make the fried potatoes very crispy and also not musty or a drop of oil
🍟 To make two potato dishes 🍟
We will need
4 large roasting potatoes
2 tablespoons starch
Browning oil
method
We peel and cut the potatoes into medium fingers, not thick or thin, so that they come out just right
Soak the potatoes in water and vinegar so that they do not absorb oil at the time of frying. We can skip this step if we are sure that the potatoes are browning.
We wash the potatoes and dry them well from the water
Sprinkle potatoes with starch and stir well
Gradually put it in hot oil to avoid sticking
After 5 minutes on high heat, we separate the grains and make sure that they are not sticky, then we reduce the fire to the middle until they float and begin to take on a light golden color.
We take it out on a strainer and then oil absorbent paper
Here we can salt it as desired
