Man attempts to pick up 13 year old boy at Colorado Walmart, meets CPP instead & Police arrest!

One of our decoys talked to Douglas for just under 24hrs. Then he showed up at the agreed location to meet.
Colorado Ped Patrol busted Doug, aka Papa D at Walmart Supercenter in Broomfield Colorado on October 30, 2021. He was there to pick up who he believed to be a 13 year old boy, with the intent to exploit him.
Update: Since his arrest, Douglas pleaded guilty to luring a minor with the intent to exploit. He is serving 3 years of supervised probation.
