GOP presidential hopefuls set to take debate stage without Trump

Eight top-polling Republican 2024 hopefuls will take the stage tonight in Milwaukee for the first presidential primary debate. Former President Trump decided to skip the event and instead plans to take part in a pre-recorded interview. NBC News’ Garrett Haake is in Wisconsin with the latest.
