In this video, we're going to be exploring the benefits of infrared saunas and how you can use them to improve your health.

We're going to be doing a cold plunge and infrared sauna, and we'll see how it can help improve our health and help us relax. This is a great way to relax after a long day and it's a great way to relieve stress. If you're looking for a great way to improve your health, then infrared saunas are a great way to start!

So about 2 weeks ago I started “cold plunging” but I saw that getting hot beforehand had extra benefits.
I have always been a fan of my infrared sauna so I decided to make it a daily routine to see how I feel.
Let’s just say, I don’t know what I’ll do if we go on vacation and I don’t have access to a sauna or cold plunge.
I guess I’ll get get hot outside and take a cold shower?
Either way I’m loving how this has me feeling, so here’s a little update on my journey and a little encouragement for you to try it to!
Oh yea, I also started intermittent fasting today.
