Sauna's and Cold Plunging with Kid's

My kids are all athletes, constantly playing and pushing themselves. I don’t force them to do any of it but I do encourage them to have fun, eat somewhat well and recover.
By them having the freedom to use the cold plunge and safely use the sauna (very limited heat and time) they are able to recover from aches and pains much faster than without.
In this video me and my daughter Ava do a nice sauna session and then jump in the cold plunge.
(It’s colder outside right now in FL than the water in the cold plunge is 🥶)
