Aloha lovelies and thank you for being here,
I recently released an online book Detoxify for Vibrant Health, on healing from the inoculation and other toxins. I have since been asked to create herb and spice mixtures with various health benefits.
This is one of the creations I have enjoyed conjuring up, I hope you like it!!!

CHILL OUT CHAI
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY TEA

AFFIRMATION: ‘All the systems of flow in my body are soothed and easeful.’
GOOD FOR: Blood health, Cardiovascular health, Digestion, Liver, Respiration
PROPERTIES: Anti-bacterial, Anti-carcinogenic, Anti-depressant, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-oxidant, Detoxifier, Digestive, Expectorant

INGREDIENTS: Anise Pod, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cloves, Fennel, Ginger, Turmeric.
TO MAKE CHAI: Place 2 tsp. of dry ingredients to 1 cup liquid (water, milk, almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk or rice milk) in a large pot. Cover and simmer gently for about 15-20 minutes. Strain into a cup, add natural sweetener to taste, and enjoy!
OPTIONAL: If you have access to fresh ginger and / or turmeric you can grate and add them for some extra zing.
INGREDIENTS:
Anise Pod 30 grams
Black Pepper 10 grams
Cardamom 30 grams
Cloves 20 grams
Fennel 40 grams
Ginger 40 grams
Turmeric 30 grams
TOTAL 200 grams
