Starbucks Reprimands Barista For Wearing Earbuds In Closed Cafe

Leaked video shows barista and shift supervisor Laila Dalton being disciplined for wearing earbuds in a closed cafe.

Laila, a union leader, was fired on April 4, 2022, after months of harassment by Starbucks. The National Labor Relations Board has issued a formal complaint against Starbucks for its retaliatory punishments toward her.
