Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz illegally threatened to withhold new benefits from unionizing workers during an investor call yesterday. According to labor law expert Kate Broffenbrenner, his remarks are a direct violation of federal labor law, a legal expert said. "It's clearly retaliatory."
