Iron Workers BETRAYED By Their Bosses—They're Fighting Back

Ironworkers at a facility in Illinois were fired after voting to unionize. Their employer, G&D Integrated, has been charged with 100 unfair labor practice violations. Now, the Ironworkers is asking the NLRB to force G&D to bargain in good faith with the union. They're demanding G&D reinstate the fired workers and asking the NLRB to bring back the Joy Silk Doctrine, which would force employers to recognize a union when workers show majority support.
