If like me, you're trying to build some extra #strength and #stability doing #ringsupportholds on #rings are a great way and work your entire chest, triceps, biceps, traps and forearms, incedible! I'm really trying hard to stop my elbows hyperextending as I'm a little too flexible at the joint.
Rings are relatively cheap (These ones were sent to me from a supporter ❤️) and a very versatile piece of equipment. Check out my rings video for more exercises!
