He holds a B.A. in Business Administration, an M.A. in Education, and a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law.
He lives in Monticello, Utah with his wife Julia. Dr Brooks is passionate about liberty, liberal arts education, and the Georgic practices of permaculture, biodynamics, earth block construction, and pretty much anything positive regarding 19th century living.
