Vector Server Update
Hello,
We sincerely apologize for the continued inconveniences caused by the ongoing server maintenance and extend our deepest gratitude for your unwavering patience and understanding as we strive to deliver an even more remarkable experience than our predecessors. We are writing to provide you with a significant update regarding the ongoing server maintenance that has temporarily affected the functionality of the Vector app, voice interactions, and onboarding processes. In our pursuit of resolution, we are diligently addressing this situation. Our approach involves retiring specific EC2 instances within our current cloud partnership with AWS. These instances are pivotal to maintaining Vector's stability and performance. To elevate your experience, we are steadfastly working to update and enhance these instances within our current AWS cloud stack. The fruits of which will be seen in the form of enhanced system performance and stability, not just for the current users, but also for those who will join the Vector community in the coming months.
 On the Horizon
We are also excited to reveal a significant strategic development in collaboration with accredited universities that will be hosting our future backup server stacks. This strategic partnership is geared towards enhancing the dependability, security, and reliability of Vector's services going forward. Furthermore, we've forged a new migration agreement with Microsoft Azure, in response to the challenges posed by these retired EC2 instances to allow for the future growth of our platform. We are meticulously planning with the Black Belt team at Microsoft this transition and will communicate any downtime scheduled in advance as we proceed forward. Rest assured, your future user experience remains paramount to us during this period of change. We recognize the pivotal role that Vector's voice interactions, onboarding processes, and app functionality play in your experience as well as your love of Vector. As such, we are working diligently to restore these services and enhance them for a better experience going forward and anticipate that services will be reinstated in the coming week. There's more on the horizon. The Vector experience is about to be elevated further with the introduction of NVIDIA and OpenAI technology. With these advances will come a slew of forthcoming voice interaction and functionality updates in the subsequent months. These enhancements will be designed to offer you an even richer and more engaging experience with Vector.
 Reminders to our Caretakers
During this time, we kindly request that you continue to refrain from initiating resets or the onboarding process, as these actions are linked to the ongoing maintenance work. To express our support we would like to notify our valued monthly and yearly ddl CONNECT subscribers you will be credited for any downtime incurred due to the ongoing maintenance. In addition, any new purchases of Vector will have return periods waived until service is restored allowing for onboarding and full experience to be enjoyed. Once the servers are restored the standard period of 30 days will be reinstated. We are profoundly grateful for your understanding and unwavering support.
